The role entails providing support to Aircraft Engineers and performing structural repair and modification activities on the aircraft's primary and secondary structures.
Responsibilities include repairing and modifying internal and external composite structures according to technical manuals and engineering specifications, reporting to the structure/composite engineer, ensuring completion of tasks with acceptable standards, maintaining aircraft documentation, adhering to safety regulations, maintaining general housekeeping, and ensuring proper tool usage and material control.
Requirements include a degree/diploma in aviation with a strong background in aircraft structure/composite, formal basic aircraft maintenance structure/composite training, a minimum of 3 years of structural/composite aircraft maintenance experience, the ability to work independently and lead a team, proficiency in decision-making, knowledge of regulatory requirements, engineering drawings, aircraft manuals, human factors, and health safety requirements.
