Key Responsibilities for the STORE INSPECTOR position include:

  • Holding Cat-A/B1 license or passing CAR 66 Modules (3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15,17, 11A/11B/12) as applicable.
  • Task training on the type of aircraft or Minor Scheduled Line Maintenance Course.
  • Conducting pre-flight inspections and routine checks under supervision.
  • Carrying out relevant inspections under the supervision of appropriately qualified staff.
  • Assessment by a board constituted by the Quality Manager.
  • Holding a B1 or B2 license on the type of aircraft.
  • Maintenance experience and associated checks on the type of aircraft.
  • Recent experience on the type of aircraft.
  • Assessment by a board constituted by the Quality Manager.

Minimum requirements for the STORE INSPECTOR position include:

  • Completion of a 3-year ab-initio AME course approved by DGCA or a Degree/Diploma in Science/Engineering/AME/Degree in B.Sc. (AME).
  • A minimum of three years of aviation experience, with at least two years in stores.
  • Possession of a CAR 66 License in Category B1, type-rated on the aircraft for which authorization is sought.
  • Completion of required training as per ETM.
  • Five years of total aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Training on weight & balance computations on the type of aircraft conducted by OEM/OEM Approved Agency/Approved person.
  • Experience in computation/re-computation on the type of Aircraft under the supervision of an approved authorized person.
