TATA SIA Airlines Limited is currently seeking an Assistant Manager - Cargo for its operations in Gurgaon, as of February 2, 2024. The selected candidate will be tasked with various responsibilities related to cargo sales, quality control, cost reduction in handling, and managing domestic handling and office space agreements with various GHAs and operators. Additionally, the role involves overseeing overseas GSA/GHA agreements, preparing and monitoring invoices and SLAs of GHAs/GSAs/vendors, and analyzing expenditures through budgetary reports.
Key responsibilities of the Assistant Manager - Cargo include overseeing domestic and international cargo sales and supervising the Customer Services team to ensure smooth daily operations at the station. The role also involves monitoring agreements and SLAs of ground handling, cargo terminal/warehouse operators, and documentation, while maintaining checks on all matters related to airport operations daily. The Assistant Manager is responsible for implementing procedures with local and overseas authorities, ensuring timely payment to cargo terminal/warehouse operators, planning and fulfilling audit requirements, and assisting in safety-related reports.
Other duties include monitoring Interline Agreements with OAL, assisting in bonded cargo documentation and operations, following up with regulated and airport agencies, handling various types of cargo, and managing import and export procedures. The Assistant Manager will collect information, and data, and prepare reports as required while assisting the reporting Manager in day-to-day administrative matters.
