As an Officer - AO&CS in the role of Catering, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe, secure, and timely ground operations in catering while focusing on achieving profitability through effective controls and measurements.
Responsibilities include collaborating with various departments, implementing strategies for operational efficiency and cost control, monitoring catering unit performance, maintaining logs and reports, managing relationships with catering units, implementing marketing plans to enhance business volume and profitability, maximizing sales and profit, gathering feedback from crew/ground staff, and conducting progress studies on various agendas like food cost charts and cyclic menus.
Additionally, the officer will be responsible for weekly/monthly stocktaking and storekeeping duties.
