The Cabin Crew position at TATA SIA Airlines Limited based in Mumbai involves ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers during flights while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include conducting safety and security checks, performing safety demonstrations, assisting passengers during emergencies, and delivering inflight services such as serving meals, and beverages, and attending to customer needs. Cabin Crew also handle administrative tasks like preparing reports on flight incidents.
Candidates should be culturally sensitive, attentive to individual needs, and capable of representing Vistara professionally. They must stay updated on safety and security requirements, service procedures, and company policies. Prior experience as Cabin Crew with a scheduled airline is preferred.
Minimum qualifications include 10+2 with a minimum of 60% score in class 12th, fluency in English and Hindi, and eligibility criteria such as Indian nationality, valid Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card. Height and BMI requirements also apply.
Freshers must be between 18 to 27 years old, while experienced cabin crew applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be under 30 years old at the time of application.
