Education & Experience requirements include a Bachelor's degree or Diploma, 8+ years of airport and cargo experience with 5+ years in shift leadership roles managing large teams, cargo handling/operations experience, and awareness of IATA Cargo and DG rules and regulations, demonstrating knowledge of special products like pharmaceuticals and perishables.
