Qatar Airways is hiring a Customer Services Agent for their Contact Centre in Ahmedabad, India.

The role involves delivering exceptional customer service via telephone, email, fax, and web chat channels, responding professionally to customer queries, and selling Qatar Airways products and services.

Key responsibilities include maintaining reports, conducting fraud prevention checks, making outbound calls to provide information, handling multi-products and services, and escalating queries when necessary.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of job-related experience, or a High School Qualification/Vocational Qualification/Diploma with no prior job-related work experience.

Essential skills include computer literacy, proficiency in English communication, effective communication with customers, ability to work under pressure, flexibility in working hours, and minimum customer service experience.

Preferred skills include knowledge of world geography, airline reservation processes, and experience with Global Distribution Systems, preferably Amadeus.
