The Executive - AO&CS in the role of Ramp is responsible for various duties outlined in the job description. These include confirming the ETA of the flight, coordinating bay assignments, ensuring timely arrival with all necessary equipment, recording touchdown and chocks, aligning the ramp correctly, managing passenger deplaning and baggage handling, overseeing cleaning procedures, obtaining boarding clearance from cabin crew, adhering to loading instructions, ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the flight, and complying with safety responsibilities outlined in the IndiGo SMS Manual.
