TATA SIA Airlines Limited is seeking a Senior Executive - Quality & Audit for its operations in Delhi, as of February 1, 2024. The selected candidate will be tasked with maintaining records of engineering personnel, including licensed and authorized holders, as well as non-certifying staff.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Executive - Quality & Audit include assisting the Manager - Quality/Quality Manager in planning, conducting, and managing audit-related matters. This entails performing audits in accordance with CAME, MOE, MTOE, and other associated manuals, ensuring timely follow-up audits for closure within designated timelines, and reviewing the audit plan periodically to identify any deviations. The role also involves analyzing risks, establishing trends, identifying training needs from audit reports/results, and providing appraisals to the Quality Manager/Manager Quality on the identified issues.
Additionally, the Senior Executive will be responsible for developing bi-annual/annual audit review reports as per the requirements laid down in CAME, QAM, and MOE for presentation to senior management/DGCA. They will prepare agendas for audit meetings based on summary and analysis reports, develop/review audit procedures and checklists, and coordinate with the Human Resource Department on HR matters. The role also includes maintaining records of all in-house and regulatory audits and undertaking any additional functions assigned by the Quality Manager.
Desired skills and attributes for this role include proficiency in the English language, completion of internal auditor training, preferably lead auditor training and IOSA auditor training, and proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office.
Candidates applying for this position should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation industry, including at least 1 year as an auditor. The minimum educational qualification required is an engineering graduate/engineering diploma holder specialized in mechanical or aeronautical disciplines.
