Key responsibilities include briefing and de-briefing teams during shifts, live monitoring of alarm systems, informing senior officials about contingencies like bomb threats, interacting with airline officials for CCTV enquiries, coordinating with various internal departments for incident information, organizing weekly security checks, supervising security checks, attending to incidents reported by different forums, and organizing weekly security drills.
External interactions involve collaboration with CISF, Immigration, Delhi Police, Customs, airlines, housekeeping agencies, and concessionaires, while internal interactions include coordination with various departments like DIAL-IT, Terminal Operations, Cargo Security, and ARFF.
Applicants should hold a graduate degree with Basic AVSEC certification, fluency in English and Hindi, and ideally have advanced aviation security training. The candidate should have a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant security experience and possess competencies in execution, teamwork, problem-solving, planning, personal effectiveness, stakeholder focus, networking, capability building, strategic orientation, social awareness, and entrepreneurship.
