The position requires liaison and coordination with stakeholders, external organizations, and regulatory bodies to ensure high standards of discipline among academy employees and trainees.
Key accountabilities include compiling reference materials, identifying target populations, delivering training, developing new courses, conducting international training courses and symposiums, and ensuring regulatory compliance and ISO certification.
External interactions involve corporates, government bodies, regulatory bodies, overseas clients, and educational institutions, while internal interactions include various airport entities.
Qualifications include sound knowledge of the aviation industry, preferably with ICAO Qualified Instructor certification, a university degree or appropriate aviation qualifications, and 10-15 years of aviation experience with 3-5 years of instructional experience.
