FlyBig Airlines is currently seeking a Flight Operations Manager for its Flight Operations Department based in Gurugram.
This role falls under the Training sub-department and reports directly to the Director of Operations.
The responsibilities include overseeing Flight Crew training, qualification, and renewal systems, conducting audits of internal processes, ensuring compliance with the Operations Manual, collaborating with regulatory bodies for Trainer Upgrades and renewals, monitoring aircrew medical examination schedules, managing Security Clearance processing, and overseeing FATA Issuance and Renewal.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation, with a focus on maintaining all operations and training documents, including the Operations Manual, regulations, and AIP.
