FlyBig Airlines is currently seeking candidates for the position of Flight Dispatcher based in Gurugram.
The ideal candidate should possess a DGCA Approved Flight Dispatch license, preferably recurrent on ATR 72-500, along with thorough knowledge of aviation meteorology and practical application of weather synopsis and forecast products.
Additionally, the candidate must have completed training, testing, and checking requirements as defined in FlyBig's Flight Operations Training Manual (FOTM), demonstrating strong attention to detail and proficiency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities include dispatch release and operational control for FlyBig flight operations, making tactical economic decisions, analyzing meteorological data to identify hazards, monitoring en-route aircraft, and keeping stakeholders informed of significant changes in flight status.
Candidates with at least 1 year of dispatch experience with any other airline and willingness to work in shifts on a rotational basis in a 24*7 environment are preferred.
The candidate must also be willing to relocate to any location across the FlyBig network.
