FlyBig Airlines is currently seeking candidates for the position of Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Finance & Accounts based in Gurgaon, reporting to the VP of Finance.
The ideal candidate should hold a CA/CMA/CPA/MBA/Master's degree in Finance with a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, demonstrating expertise in core financial accounting, project implementation, systems development, and proficiency in Tally software.
Responsibilities include overseeing all financial and accounting functions, achieving budget objectives, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, implementing effective policies, preparing financial statements and reports, managing cash flow, conducting MIS reporting, and providing insightful analysis of financial statements.
The candidate should possess excellent client-agency relationship skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in MS Office tools, including advanced MS Excel, and superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
