The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of aircraft ramp activities.
Responsibilities include confirming the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of flights, coordinating bay assignments, ensuring timely arrival at the bay with all necessary equipment, recording touchdown and chocks status, aligning the ramp properly, overseeing baggage handling to ensure timely arrival at the Arrival area, coordinating with cabin crew for boarding clearance, ensuring compliance with loading instructions provided by Load and Trim staff, and ensuring the return of equipment to the transport yard post-departure. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness on the ramp and ensuring a smooth, safe, and punctual flight experience for passengers.
