As an Officer - Security - AO&CS, your primary responsibility will be the implementation of security policies and procedures laid down by the Company.
Your responsibilities encompass maintaining standards in line with company requirements, ensuring effective threat assessment and response capability, achieving department goals with diligent follow-up, adhering to the Security Programme, maintaining performance standards, and overseeing shifts closely. Additionally, we are responsible for continuously monitoring the Quality System and conformance levels, securing quality levels, optimizing resources, staying abreast of Emergency Response Procedures and regulations, acquiring and maintaining necessary skills, adhering to work procedures set by the company, engaging in development dialogues with team leaders, and controlling theft and pilferage of company property.
