InterGlobe Aviation Ltd is seeking candidates for the position of Executive - AOCS in the role of Ramp at its Kochi location.
Job Description: As an Executive - AOCS in the role of Ramp, your responsibilities include:
- Confirming the ETA of the flight from OCC or System (Navitaire).
- Taking the bay number from the apron and conveying it to all stations on R.T.
- Ensuring presence at the bay D-20 mins before with all required equipment.
- Noting down the Touchdown and Chocks and conveying it on R.T.
- Aligning the ramp properly.
- Ensuring sufficient coaches are available for deplaning passengers and ensuring baggage reaches Arrival before passengers.
- Checking cleaning and taking boarding clearance from the cabin crew and announcing it on R.T.
- Ensuring loading is done as per the Loading Instruction Report given by the Load and Trim staff.
- Ensuring all equipment is sent back to the transport yard after departure.
- Filling the ramp filling.
- Ensuring smooth, safe flight operations and on-time departures.
Eligible candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry or aviation industry, with a mandatory 12th grade diploma.
- Graduation is mandatory for freshers, with a degree certificate required.
- Candidates should not have any visible tattoos.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Aspirants of ground staff roles only (Security / Customer Service / Ramp).
- Proper grooming is mandatory for the interview, with business formal wear required for male and female applicants.
- Updated hard copy resume with correct mobile number and email ID mentioned, along with a passport photo stapled to the resume.
- Previous employment letters / experience certificates are required, and an AEP surrender copy is mandatory for aviation experience.
