As an Officer - AO&CS in the role of Customer Service, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, secure, and timely ground operations per the ground operations manual and applicable procedures. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with reservations, ticketing, and answering queries, facilitating pre-flight and post-flight briefings, setting up check-in counters, screening checked-in baggage, maintaining high-quality check-in procedures, assisting customers with special requests during departures and arrivals, handling mishandled/damaged baggage, coordinating with baggage vendors, and filing necessary flight papers post-flight departure.
