The role involves coordinating with internal and external agencies during VIP movements, managing resources, coordinating with airport stakeholders, and participating in passenger engagement activities.

Key accountabilities include assisting with Haj terminal operations, handling public announcement systems, executing daily inspections, and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) for facility management.

The role also involves maintaining cleanliness standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to operational procedures and policies.

External interactions include airlines, ground handlers, security agencies, medical centers, and quarantine services, while internal interactions involve various airport departments.

The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree, preferably in Hotel Management, with 3 to 6 years of experience in aviation, hotel, or hospitality industries.
