Key Responsibilities for the SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER QUALITY role include:

  • Monitoring continuous compliance with requirements of CAR.
  • Preparation of annual and monthly audit plans, and audit checklists.
  • Conducting audits and verifying audit compliance for closure, while maintaining audit records.
  • Corresponding with Vendors/contractors/Subcontractors for audit closure follow-up.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the QRM agenda and MOM.
  • Assisting the Quality Manager in Delay/Defect investigation.
  • Preparing agendas for Manpower review meetings, Regulatory review meetings, and MOM.


Key Responsibilities for the TECHNICAL OFFICER QUALITY role include:

  • Coordinating to check all completed schedules, work orders, and AMP.
  • Gathering delay information from MCC.
  • Collecting reports about occurrences and maintaining records of Delays/Defects/Occurrences and their investigations.
  • Coordinating with CAMO and Maintenance for information sent to OEM.
  • Maintaining and updating personal records of organizational personnel.
  • Maintaining and updating organization manuals and circulars.
  • Ensuring all quality-related records are maintained properly and updated.


The minimum requirements for the SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER and TECHNICAL OFFICER roles are as follows:

  • SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER QUALITY: Candidates must have completed a 3-year ab initio Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course approved by DGCA or possess a relevant Engineering Degree from a recognized university, with at least 3 years of experience in Aviation Quality/CAMO.

  • TECHNICAL OFFICER QUALITY: Candidates must have completed a 3-year ab initio Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course approved by DGCA or possess a relevant Engineering Degree from a recognized university, with at least 2 years of experience in Aviation Quality/CAMO.
