Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technical Writer Officer (TWO) to support the Manager of Operations Documentation (MOD).
The TWO will manage the creation, maintenance, and updates of all operations manuals, forms, and training materials for the Operations division.
Responsibilities include revising manuals, updating Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) applications, maintaining GCAA-approved manuals and OEM publications, creating accurate operational documentation, constructing standard templates, formatting documents for other departments, issuing bulletins, integrating OEM modifications, updating electronic platforms, and coordinating Change Requests (CRs) with Manual Owners.
Applicants need a minimum of High School Certification, 3 years of experience in the Airline industry or OEM, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, FrameMaker, and XML editors, familiarity with HTML/XML and SGML/document management systems, experience in a CMS environment, and completion of OEM and Airbus Tools Trainings.
